Totally agree. The typical advertising method for Facebook applications, tossing up a banner ad above the app, is totally broken. Banner ads suck across all other Facebook and MySpace pages, why would application owners expect anything different. You can’t build a company on $0.15 CPM’s.

But there are better ways application developers can build a valuable advertising vehicles for brands:

Hay your right that its not easy to make good cash but it is possible the trick is not adding friends its getting reffurals and alot of them once you have them you must teach them to do the same thing,and they must teach ther refurals to do the same, and you can make even more money if you have them all do the pay per click and that type of thing it all ads up, you should have good blogs that help your refurals and content that will keep others visiting your page,there are only 3 get rich quick sceems i know of they are lottery,life insurance and lawyers.im sure there are other ways like link exchanges ect but i know nothing about that stuff.

I do think so. In fact I think it is the best way to make a good living. I am also a jack of all trades.

My first job was at a restaurant. The managers there had to work every section for a period of time to be a manager.

I sort of applied the same philosophy when I started making money online. Now I have a good handle on a lot of internet technologies and the marketing side.

The money: outsourcing. A person with even a little knowledge can get developers and designers to understand what they want. A person with none says, “I want you to build me a site that makes money.”

I don’t look to get paid. I look to eventually make my money work for me, by hiring others to bring life to my ideas.
